The AP200 180kVA Perkins diesel generator set is a heavy-duty industrial standby power unit independently developed by Aike Power, matched with original UK Perkins 1106A-70TAG3 turbocharged intercooled engine and self-excited brushless AP200 alternator with pure sine wave output.

Equipped with multi-grade Deepsea intelligent control system, it supports auto start, automatic mains failure transfer, multi-unit parallel operation and remote communication monitoring. Two structural options (open frame / soundproof silent canopy) are available to cover construction mining, hospital critical backup, commercial complex, off-grid plateau and factory emergency power supply scenarios.

Every AP200 genset undergoes full-load aging testing before delivery, fully compliant with ISO 8528, IEC and CE international standards, featuring stable continuous operation, low fuel consumption and outstanding harsh environment adaptability.

Matched with self-developed AIKE AP200 brushless alternator with H-class insulation and IP23 dust & splash protection grade. Optimized star winding design limits total harmonic distortion below 2%, steady-state voltage regulation within ±1%.

The smooth pure sine wave current brings no waveform distortion, capable of stably driving all types of nonlinear loads including medical precision instruments, PLC control systems, frequency converters and server data center equipment. Tested alternator efficiency reaches up to 93.1% to reduce power loss during long-term operation.

Powered by authentic UK Perkins 6-cylinder inline turbo intercooled engine, bore × stroke 105mm × 135mm, total displacement 7.01L. Mechanical governor system realizes precise fuel injection control, standby engine gross power reaches 177kW.

With mature 16:1 compression ratio design, the engine owns strong cold start performance under -40℃ low temperature. Complete lubrication & cooling system (16.5L oil capacity, 21L coolant capacity) extends overhaul cycle, reducing long-term maintenance frequency and cost for global clients.

Equipped with high-performance rubber anti-vibration mounts and rigid integrated steel base frame, the compact integrated structure effectively cuts mechanical vibration and running noise. Matched with industrial silencer and ripple flexible exhaust pipeline to suppress exhaust noise.
